Equipment composition and process assembly process
The equipment is composed of double divider turntable,filling machine,bushing press cap machine,
outer piercing valve stem machine,twisting machine,ball loading machine,manipulator and supporting vibration plate.
The divider realizes the automatic transposition of the working procedure,and synchronously coordinates the work of each function component,
and completes the automatic assembly of packing,bushing pressing cap,outer piercing valve stem and ball in the assembly of the ball valve.
