The equipment consists of a divider, a packing machine, a bushing cap press, a valve stem machine, a ball machine, a servo self-lifting tensioning machine, a glue dispenser, a capping machine, a manipulator and a supporting vibration plate.The splitter realizes automatic transposition of the working procedure, synchronously coordinating the work of all functional components, and completes the automatic assembly process of filling, bushing pressure cap, valve stem, ball and gluing and tightening in ball valve assembly.
