2. Equipment composition and description
The equipment includes copper on-line push head mechanism, drawing host, main drive, unloading and storage (copper rod contact surface is installed with anti-sassafras nylon liner).
Drawing production line process:
Feed the in-line pusher mechanism → clamping → feeding the drawing die → clamping the drawing pliers → drawing → lateral transfer → unloading → storage
1, online push head mechanism
The clamping cylinder clamps the copper rod (the rod needs to be pre-straightened to prevent deviation from the center of the mold during feeding into the mold), and under the action of the pushing cylinder, the copper rod head is plugged into the drawing mold for drawing.
The pulling jaws adopt chain hook mode to reduce labor intensity and simple operation.
3. Main drive
The main drive includes the main chain, the main sprocket, the main motor and the reducer.
4. Discharge and store materials
During the drawing process, the discharge arm is rotated to the bottom of the copper rod at 90° and pulled in place. The copper rod is pulled off from the die mouth and falls on the discharge arm. The copper rod automatically slides down and is transported to the storage rack (the customer of the storage rack shall be responsible for it).
The drawing machine is a single chain drawing machine. Mechanical transmission mode: the motor drives the reducer to output power, so as to achieve the drawing speed of the required drawing process and complete the drawing reform of the workpiece.
Chains, roadsters and clamps are used to transmit power and complete pulling.
Electric drive system: Electric drive system consists of motor, reducer, belt assembly, guide wheel assembly and coupling assembly. Various functions of power output, variable speed, belt drive and mechanical drive are realized
The coupling of the output shaft of the reducer and the main shaft of the puller, the center line of the two axes should be strictly aligned, and the compensation amount and technical requirements should comply with its provisions.
4. Structure introduction:
1, bed: the main structure is welded by I-beam, channel steel, Angle steel, firm and durable.
2. The drawing pliers car is composed of clamps, pin rods, bottom plates, hooks, wheels, etc. Working process: The main chain drives the clamp car when the load is loaded, and the inverter small motor drives the clamp car to assist the return.
3, mold plate part: in line with the principle of free disassembly and easy to use, the mold plate of cold drawing equipment is designed as fixed. The mold is placed directly in the template hole, making it easy to change the mold (adjustable).
4, drive sprocket assembly: sprocket 11 teeth, material 45# steel forgings, gear hobbing machine processing, spindle material 40Cr, bearing 45# overall plate.
6, electric return: use the frequency controller to control the motor return of the sports car.
7. Electric control system: 380V power supply is used to control the operating cabinet, control the starting cabinet, and start the equipment in the starting cabinet, so that the equipment can operate normally.
