WJ-630 Horizontal machining center
The main casting is made of high grade cast iron by resin sand process. Using advanced finite element analysis technology, the design structure is reasonable and the layout is optimized. After secondary aging treatment, it can ensure the long-term processing stability of the machine tool.
The bed adopts the cross drag plate structure, which is convenient to install and ensure the accuracy and stability.
Standard precision BT50-190 large spindle unit, with strong main servo motor, low speed suitable for heavy cutting,high speed suitable for precision light cutting, widely used three-axis support are imported large precision roller line rail,support strong steel, good precision preservation, especially smooth operation.
Rotary table (A-axis) adopts Taiwan high precision indexing rotary table to ensure the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of A-axis, and adopts servo motor to achieve fast indexing; The rotary table is hydraulically locked to ensure the stiffness of heavy chips.
XYZ three axes are imported precision ball screw drive, with advanced lead screw pre-stretch assembly process, lead screw hot deformation is small,transmission and positioning accuracy of high lead screw support bearing using NSK precision lead screw special bearings, lead screw lock nut using Taiwan brand, improve the lead screw support and pre-tightening accuracy, further improve the overall machining accuracy of the machine tool.
The precision compensation of screw pitch error and reverse clearance is carried out by high precision laser interferometer and ball bar instrument for all three axes. 
The positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the three axes are further improved by the automatic centralized lubrication system, through the set oil filling time to lubricate the lead screw, guide rail and other moving parts, to ensure the normal use accuracy and service life of the machine tool with a fully closed protective cover, beautiful, safe and protect the environment. 
The sealed rail shield effectively protects the service life of moving parts.
