The internal protection adopts single piece type, durable, the spindle is close to the front, easy to operate, fast tool change.
Spindle indexing adopts no mechanical contact double feedback touch indexing, high resolution and fast response,
with hydraulic locking to achieve high-speed rotation height indexing, good positioning accuracy.
The electrical box is designed in isolation type to separate the heating source part of the controller to avoid external dust entering the electric box; The rear fan dissipates heat from the fan hot plate.
Z-x axis adopts high precision roller screw to ensure that the back backlash and thermal deformation of the machine are kept at a low value for a long time.
