Product Description

1.The castings of machine tools are all made of grey cast iron.After artificial aging treatment,the stability is good,the strength is high,and the precision is stable and reliable.
2.The spindle of the machine tool adopts an advanced barrel structure and the bearings adopt P4 spindle bearings allowing the spindle to have higher accu- racy and stability.
3.The ball screws of machine tool X/Z drive adopt the C3 ball screw providedby Taiwan Shangyin. Both of the ball sctew′ s two end uses the imported P4 class 60- degree angle contact and cooperate with the ball screw special bearing.Shaft ball screws are pre-tensioned.To ensure the stability of the ac- curacy of the processing workpiece.Both X/Z shafts are connected bya di- rect-coupling coupling,which has strong transmission rigidity and highaccu- racy and stability.

4.Both X/Z axis slides of the machine tool adopt the P grade provided by Tai- wan Sapphire.The friction between the guide rails is greatly reduced,the crawling phenomenon that the guide rails may produce is eliminated,and the movement accuracy of the machine tool is improved.
5. Pneumatic,manual chuck,also optional hydraulic clamping device,convenient, fast,time-saving,labor-saving;
6.Totally enclosed protection,better protection of rail,wire rod and bearing;
