Product Description

1. This machine is a special six-axis multi-station optical machine, six degrees of freedom, multiple stations work at the same time, 
each station can be installed two different cloth wheels, flexible and efficient, widely used in bathroom, door control, auto parts field product polishing.
2. The control system adopts the control technology of Intelligent Research Institute of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, with stable performance and high control precision.
3. Programming method: handheld calibration, calibration programming, using manual mode to simulate manual polishing and record the track, you can run according to this path.
4. Polishing wheel automatic compensation function: After polishing cloth wheel loss, the system can detect the torque becomes smaller to achieve automatic coordination compensation in all directions.
5. Linear speed compensation: When the outer diameter of the cloth wheel decreases, the system automatically increases the rotation speed and supplements the speed.
6. Wax setting: Solid wax or liquid wax can be selected according to the characteristics of the product, and the wax spraying time and frequency can be set freely.
7. Full digital control, can store 50 kinds of programs, and call at any time.
