The working principle:
The drawing machine is a single chain drawing machine. Mechanical transmission mode: the motor drives the reducer to output power, so as to achieve the drawing speed of the required drawing process and complete the drawing reform of the workpiece.
Mechanical transmission system: The mechanical transmission system is composed of sports car pliers, chain, sprocket, sprocket shaft, bearing assembly. The electric energy is converted into mechanical energy through the electric transmission system to ensure that the running speed of the chain is uniform and smooth.
Chains, running turning and clamps are used to transmit power and complete pulling.
Electric drive system: Electric drive system consists of motor, reducer, belt assembly, guide wheel assembly and coupling assembly. It realizes various functions of power output, variable speed, belt drive and mechanical drive, and is also the core part of automatic cold drawing machine equipment.
The coupling of the output shaft of the reducer and the main shaft of the puller, the center line of the two axes should be strictly aligned, and the compensation amount and technical requirements should comply with its provisions.
