DY-PG64 six-axis four-station CNC cleaning machine
This equipment is a special six-axis four-station polishing robot, it has six degrees of freedom, four stations work at the same time, flexible and efficient, widely used in bathroom, door control, auto parts field product polishing, polishing products can achieve high consistency of external light, work efficiency increased by 30%.
The control system adopts today's advanced motion control technology with stable performance and high control precision. 
Programming mode: calibration programming, using manual mode to simulate manual polishing track, you can automatically run according to this path, automatic input coordinate points, selective form instruction programming, easy to learn and use.
Polishing wheel automatic compensation function: After polishing cloth wheel wear, the system can detect the torque reduction to achieve automatic compensation in all directions, and experience wheel compensation and other compensation methods.
Line speed compensation: When the outer diameter of the cloth wheel decreases, the system automatically increases the speed compensation line speed. 
Wax spraying setting: The time and frequency of wax spraying can be set freely according to the characteristics of the product.
Full digital control, the program can be saved and called at any time. Functions and parameters are set by the Chinese display touch panel, which is easy to operate and has the fault code display function for easy maintenance
