The use of integral bed, chip removal is very good. Internal bone reinforcement, Z axis span 400MM, high rigidity.
The internal protection adopts single piece type, durable, the spindle is close to the front, easy to operate, fast tool change.
Spindle indexing adopts no mechanical contact double feedback touch indexing, high resolution and fast response, with hydraulic locking to achieve high-speed rotation and high-speed indexing, good positioning accuracy.
The electrical box is designed to separate the heating source part of the controller to avoid external dust entering the electrical box; The rear fan dissipates heat from the fan hot plate.
